Q: Can cats or kittens use Lillidale Natural Grooming Range?

A: It is important to remember that cats have sensitive skin and can have issues with certain ingredients, so owners should be careful when selecting products for their feline friends. 

Lillidale Lazy Wash has been formulated to be safe and effective for both cats and dogs. 

Lillidale Itchy Wash, Stinky Wash, and Stinky Spray have been formulated specifically for canine skin and enriched with essential oils. We, therefore, do not recommend using these 3 products for cats.

 

Q: Can I use Lillidale Natural Grooming Range on sensitive skin?

A: If your dog has sensitive skin, we recommend the Itchy Wash in the Lillidale Natural Grooming Range. It has a natural, gentle formula of manuka honey and oatmeal. It also contains soothing aloe vera extract and moisturising provitamin B5, perfect for sensitive skin as long as the dogs are not allergic to those ingredients.

 

Q: Is it safe for the dog to lick Lillidale Stinky Spray or Lazy Wash?

A: Yes, these 2 products don't pose any ingestion risk should a dog lick itself.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's site.

What is your return & refund policy?

We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lillidale.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note that there will be no refund for garments (clothes), toys, or pet beds.

*Fleas, ticks, and ringworms are some of the problems that can be transferred from one animal to another through used items.

*Items that are returned worn, altered, damaged, dirty, or otherwise in a condition where they can't be resold can't be refunded or exchanged.
